Key Responsibilities Email Marketing Strategy Ownership Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with my client s business goals and customer journey.Design and Creation of Email Templates Build visually appealing, responsive email templates that reflect my client s brand identity and drive engagement.Copywriting and Content Creation Write compelling and relevant email copy tailored to different audience segments, ensuring clarity, tone, and value.Automated Journey Development Create and manage automated email workflows that align with our portal and website experience, enhancing customer lifecycle engagement.Performance Reporting and Analytics Monitor, analyse, and report on email campaign performance using key metrics to inform future strategy.Lead Nurturing and Handover Manage nurture streams to guide prospects through the funnel and ensure timely handover of qualified leads to relevant business teams.
