Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a fantastic school in the Blackley area who are seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), helping them to thrive both academically and personally.

• 
  Full-time position - Monday to Friday
• 
  Immediate start available
• 
  Ongoing contract with the possibility of long-term placement

• 
  Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND needs
• 
  Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCPs and learning strategies
• 
  Assist in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• 
  Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs

• 
  Experience working with children or young people with SEND
• 
  Patient, resilient, and enthusiastic approach
• 
  Ability to adapt support to meet individual needs
• 
  A genuine passion for making a positive difference
