This is a critical role focused on driving commercial performance, improving productivity across a multi-site operation, and leading a large matrix team through a demanding period of change.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic financial direction and hands-on leadership through a period of business change.Drive productivity improvements across multiple sites, embedding commercial excellence throughout the organisation.Lead, develop and inspire a large finance team within a matrix structure.Support on MandA activity, from due diligence to integration.Shape and execute development strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders.Maintain a strong focus on cash flow, profitability and long-term value creation.Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and Board, providing robust financial insight and challenge.Required Experience:Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a large Industrial / B2B business.Demonstrated success in leading through periods of significant organisational change and transformation.A strong, motivational team leader with excellent stakeholder management ski
