The beautifully remote and popular school are seeking a committed and nurturing English Teacher, either qualified or unqualified, to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis starting September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons tailored to students with ASD across Key Stages 1andndash;5.
- Create a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that supports communication and emotional regulation.
- Work closely with a skilled multi-disciplinary team including TAs, therapists, and pastoral staff.
- Assess and track student progress with a focus on personal as well as academic development.
- Contribute to a culture of high expectations, positivity, and mutual respect.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be QTS qualified, or have experience delivering English in a SEND or alternative provision setting.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of autism and effective strategies for supporting students with complex needs.
- Be resilient, patient, and calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills.
- Have a flexible and proactive attitude towards teaching in a nurturing, specialised environment.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS on the update service.
