Business Development Manager

DescriptionOutThere RPO are supporting our client specialising in supplying, servicing and maintaining high performance doors, to recruit a Business Development Manager. This role is based in the North, with one visit per month to their Portsmouth office. What will I be doing? You will be responsible for fuelling business expansion by directly connecting with potential clients. This role will involve travelling to face-to-face visits, conducting on-site surveys, and forging solid relationships to turn opportunities into successful sales. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who flourishes in a field based role and excels at understanding and addressing clients'' needs through consultative selling approaches.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and engage with potential clients through targeted prospecting and networking activities. Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs, provide product or service demonstrations, and offer tailored solutions. Perform site surveys to assess requirements and recommend appropriate offerings. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads and opportunities promptly. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions to address customer challenges.
