Role and Responsibilities: You will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs throughout the construction project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, cost planning, procurement, change management and contract administration. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and maintaining project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout Review and comment on the latest programmes while providing accurate forecasts Compile, Review and Submit periodic applications to the client Evaluate and negotiate applications and contracts with suppliers Monitor and manage variations, valuations, and final accounts for both the client and suppliers Collaborate with project teams to provide cost advice and feasibility assessments Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications and regulations Prepare and submit progress reports, financial statements, and other documentation as required.
