The Role

• CNC Machine Shop Manager
• Overseeing and occasionally running and setting CNC machines
• Leading and supervising a team of engineers on shift
• Working a triple shift pattern, Monday to Friday

The Person

• CNC Machine Shop Manager / Workshop Supervisor / Senior CNC Machinist
• Proven supervisory or management experience
• Able to set, run, and programme CNC machines
• Experience working in a production, manufacturing, or workshop environment
