Job SummaryOur client are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for quality systems, process improvement, and customer satisfaction in a busy and technically advanced setting.Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO 9001) Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and documentation Operate and calibrate measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMMs) Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency Participate in internal and external audits, supporting audit readinessQualifications and Experience NVQ Level 3 or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related discipline Proven experience in a quality technician or inspector role within manufacturing or engineering Familiarity with ISO 9001, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles (preferred) Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsPersonal Attributes Methodical and precise with a high level of integrity Good communicator-able to convey complex information clearly Hands-on attitude with a focus on results and improvemen
