HR Administrator Based in Bedfordshire Temp on going 17-18per hourWe are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Administrator to join our team. This role will provide day-to-day support to the HR function while working closely with Team Supervisors across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support across a range of HR activitiesSupport Team Supervisors with sickness absence procedures and related documentationAssist with performance management and disciplinary processesHelp ensure HR records and employee files are accurate and up to dateGuide supervisors through company procedures and required paperworkCommunicate professionally with employees and managers at all levelsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelySupport the wider HR team with general administration and employee relations tasksTraining and DevelopmentNo formal HR qualifications are required for this role. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop experience within HR and employee relations.About the RoleThis role is suited to someone who is practical, approachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment with a predominantly blue-collar workforce.
