CK Group is recruiting for a Vet Technical Advisor to join a company in the animal health and pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. Salary:From 19.23 to 25.64 per hour PAYE (inside IR35) Vet Technical Advisor Role:Act as first line customer contact for all product technical enquiries received by phone, post and e-mail. Submit, investigate and follow-up suspected adverse reactions/suspected lack of efficacy reports/product complaintsUtilise the global PV software to manage all PV cases in line with global procedures.Take an active role in the training and support of other members of the technical team as well as the sales forceYour Background:Veterinary degree and active registration with RCVSMinimum two years experience in clinical practice strongly preferred although not essentialExcellent teamworking skillsEmpathy and passion for veterinary medicine customers and their businesses.Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and impart technical/scientific knowledge at appropriate levelsExcellent communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonalCompany: Our client specialises in animal health.
