About the Onsite Manager role As our Onsite Manager, you will be supporting the team in the organisation of the onsite warehouse, assessing stock levels and providing excellent customer service and technical support to our customers. Ensuring KPI details are updated and maintained to the highest level. Interaction with all levels of personnel from Engineers to Senior Management, also working along side H+S and the Hygiene Team. Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities as our Onsite Manager will include: Managing the day-to-day running of operations at a customer site. Attending management and engineering meetings along with customer-specific projects. Assisting with the management of engineering assets and identification of parts. Preparing quotes and processing orders, on both the customers and our own CMMS/ERP systems. Answering queries and providing excellent service to the custom
