In this role, you will offer exceptional care and support to students with diverse needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and mental health challenges.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine commitment to supporting learners with diverse needs, helping them to achieve their best in both academic and personal development.Key Responsibilities of a Support Worker: Provide personalised support to students with a variety of physical, emotional, and developmental needs.Assist students with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and feeding, as needed.Support students with daily living activities, fostering independence and promoting a sense of well-being.Work closely with colleagues, families, and other professionals to create and implement care plans that meet the specific needs of each student.Encourage and facilitate social interactions, community involvement, and leisure activities to improve quality of life.Provide emotional support and build trusting, respectful relationships with students to ensure their safety and comfort.Document and report changes in students'' health, behaviour, or well-being as required. Requirements for the Support Worker role: Previous experience in a care/support role,
