The Role Solarsense UK Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Solar OandM Electrician to join our growing Operations and Maintenance team.This role involves maintaining, fault-finding, servicing and repairing commercial and domestic solar PV systems, battery storage systems and associated electrical infrastructure across the operating regions and occasionally further afield. Main Duties Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits on solar PV and battery storage systemsDiagnose and rectify faults on PV systems, inverters, optimisers, batteries and monitoring platformsPerform electrical testing and inspection worksComplete reactive maintenance and emergency call-outs where requiredProduce clear service reports and photographic recordsLiaise professionally with customers, site managers and subcontractorsSupport commissioning and remedial works when requiredEnsure all works are completed safely and in accordance with BS7671, MCS and company procedures Required Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)18th Edition qualificationStrong fault-finding abilitiesFull UK driving licenceComfortable working at height and outdoorsGood communication and organisational skillsECS Gold CardStrong customer service skills and confident in customer-facing situationsProficient in the use of IT and CRM systems Desirable City and Guilds 2391 Test
