You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Have good working knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems throughout all hotel FOH and BOH areasHave a good understanding of the (BMS) system and its operationRespond to all job requests within a reasonable time as laid out within SOPsForm part of the fire life safety teamMaintain the building and its services to the highest of standardsAssist and ensure all statutory regulations are met at all timesWork as part of a team and also on own using your own initiativeFocus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times ad ensure security and confidentiality of Customers and company information at all times
