We are currently seeking an experienced Principal Electrical and ICA Engineer to join a national Engineering Team. What You ll Be Doing Lead the Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) design for water and wastewater projects.Ensure that work meets all technical, quality, safety, environmental and legislative standards.Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams, project stakeholders, supply chain partners, and clients.Produce high-quality design deliverables, including calculations, reports, drawings and construction-ready documentation.Apply and promote standard design practices across projects.Contribute to positive Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) outcomes.Support continuous improvement and drive innovation.Provide mentoring and performance development to junior team members.Gain hands-on experience with commercial, programme and financial project matters.
