The Role: We are seeking an experienced

Senior Business Analyst

to support a large-scale transformation programme within a public sector-owned transportation organisation. The programme involves the implementation of new Finance and EHR systems and requires a highly technical, hands-on analyst with strong public sector experience.You will play a pivotal role in shaping processes, mapping end-to-end value streams, and ensuring the successful delivery of business change across a complex stakeholder landscape.Key Responsibilities

Lead value stream mapping and process mapping workshops across finance and EHR systems.Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and delivery managers.Engage senior stakeholders across the public sector to ensure alignment with programme goals.Support testing, UAT, and readiness activities to enable smooth delivery.Contribute to business transformation strategy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Essential Skills and Experience

Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.Strong public sector experience (central government, transport, healthcare, or similar).Hands-on expertise with value stream mapping and process mapping.High technical skillset, with experience in finance and/or EHR systems.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.Desirable

Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation.Exposure to ERP/finance platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365).Knowledge of healthcare-related systems and compliance.How to Apply
