You ll focus on promoting positive coping strategies, embedding trauma-informed practice and ensuring psychologically informed environments for staff, volunteers and clients.You ll oversee coordination of mental health and substance misuse work, deliver workshops and reflective practice training, and provide practical advice and guidance to frontline staff.
