Key responsibilities: This is a hands-on role where you will be undertaking development alongside leading and guiding the development of your team, providing direction and oversight of the technical delivery for the digital products you are responsible for Actively working on Java and Angular codebase to implement new features and requirements working in partnership with the Product Owners and Architects Help establish and follow a set of engineering principles and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in the engineering process are upheld by efficiently and effectively completing code reviews and feedback to teams. Assist with Service support during office hours - Identifying, locating and proactively fixing faults Provide mentoring and coaching of more junior members of staff to enhance and improve the team''s capability.
