HR Business Partner Salary up to £55k + 10% Bonus + Excellent Benefits Location: Sheffield (4 days on-site, 1 day working from home) 12 month Fixed Term Contract (highly likely to extend or go permanent) An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established manufacturing business as they transform their Sheffield site into their new European Headquarters. This is a key role supporting cultural and business change during a time of investment and growth. Our client seeks a hands-on, HR Business Partner with a background in manufacturing (including FMCG or food production) to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful person will play a vital role supporting a diverse, site-based workforce, driving engagement, managing ER issues, and partnering with local leadership to align HR with business goals. Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner: Act as a strategic partner to site leadership, embedding culture and values across the business. Lead on workforce planning, absence management, employee engagement, performance management, and union/works council interactions. Provide expert ER support, coaching and guiding managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters. Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes. Support payroll, recruitment, and compliance activity. Participate in regular shop floor engagement to build trust and drive improvement.
