Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Team Manager to join the MASH Team for Buckinghamshire Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Supporting the Team Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy MASH Team. Overseeing the screening and triaging of referrals, ensuring timely safeguarding decisions. Supervising and supporting Social Workers, promoting high standards of practice. Working within a multi-agency environment, liaising with police, health, and education partners. Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures. Quality assuring work and contributing to continuous service improvement.
