Coinbase is hiring an IT Service Desk Engineer to support its London office with technical troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding, and systems administration. You’ll deliver hands-on support across platforms (macOS, Windows, mobile), manage SaaS tools, and contribute to process documentation and automation.Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware/softwareTroubleshoot macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and ChromeOSAdminister Jira, Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and JamfManage onboarding/offboarding workflows and support SaaS systemsCreate documentation and identify process improvement opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with global teams and vendorsQualifications:
