Job Summary We seek an experienced and motivated Machine Operator with experience in running machinery and managing a team of operators. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the corrugated packaging industry, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. This role is crucial in ensuring our production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation: Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of machinery. This could be a Flexographic Printer, Flat die cut, or multipoint folder gluing machinery. Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage a team of up to 5 people depending on the machine, ensuring clear communication of duties and expectations. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine issues /production issues promptly to minimise downtime and maintain productivity. Maintenance: Perform and oversee weekly maintenance tasks to ensure machinery operates optimally. Quality Assurance: Ensure all jobs meet the highest quality standards, whether performed personally or by the team.
