Job Title: Health and Social Care Tutor / Assessor Location: South Central - Hybrid (covering South Central England areas such as Reading, Oxford, Luton, Bath, Bristol; other locations considered) Salary: From £26,500 + £4,500 car allowance (higher for qualified IQAs) Contract: Permanent Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Health and Social Care Tutor / Assessor to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to adult learners enrolled on Health and Social Care qualifications up to and including Level 5. This hybrid role offers flexibility, combining remote delivery with occasional face-to-face visits depending on learner needs and location. Tutors will typically meet learners face-to-face up to three times per month (or if further afield twice per programme individualised on induction), with all other sessions conducted remotely via Teams. You ll be responsible for supporting learners through every stage of their qualification, ensuring an engaging, supportive, and compliant learning experience that drives achievement and personal growth.
