As a BIM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the projects technology strategy and advocating for digital ways of working. You will lead a small team to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of project information models. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with BIM coordinators, overseeing the production of as-built drawings and models, completing asset tagging, and managing the handover of the Project Information Model. You will act as an intermediary between designers, clients, and architects to maintain project efficiency and effectiveness. Additional duties involve maintaining BIM execution plans, performing supply chain assessments, auditing project teams, providing software training, ensuring necessary tools and equipment are available, producing monthly reports, and staying updated with advancements in building technology. You will drive the implementation of digital information plans, lead meetings for task identification and issue resolution, oversee BIM budgets, and support career development within your team.
