They are now looking for an experienced Optical Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team in a small, community-focused practice based in the Milton Keynes area. The practice is situated in a quieter part of the city with steady footfall and genuine potential for future growth, including increasing clinics from four to six testing days per week. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the practice, offering expert dispensing advice and ensuring every patient receives a welcoming and professional experience. Responsibilities of the Optical Assistant Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the patient journey Dispense spectacles confidently across a wide range of prescriptions and budgets Support with all as
