One of the key activities involves the role of authorised person for Electrical and Mechanical Systems. Responsibilities As Technical Services Team Leader, you will have a responsibility for managing a team of technical engineers, this includes performance reviews, mentoring, and managing annual leave. Operate all MandE systems within the building in a competent, effective and efficient manner (including HV Electrical/Mechanical isolations/operations) as per requested by SAP. Having due regard to business risk and energy use. Making recommendations for improvement and providing concise technical reports when required. Ensure all Specialist Subcontractors visits are conducting works in line with approved Method Statements, Risk Assessment and other required documentation.
