What will your responsibilities be?• Providing bespoke estate planning advice to mid to HNW clients• Preparing complex Wills for mid to HNW clients• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney for mid to HNW clients• Dealing with the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates• Preparing Trust documentation to include drafting settlements and subsequent resolutions and deeds necessary to administer settlements• Advising executors and trustees on the taxation, compliance and reporting requirements for estates and trusts (including preparation of IHT100s and IHT400s)• Advising trustees of their duties, obligations, and powers available to them from the terms of the settlement, statute, or case law• Providing business succession planning to business owners including sole traders, partners, and shareholders • Providing support and advice to members of the team on
