Assemblers / Solderers - Coventry
£18 p/hour, rising to £19 p/hour (upon achieving performance targets)
Shifts: Monday-Thursday | Hours: 36 per week (9 hours daily, including 30-minute unpaid break)
Working hours: 07:00-16:30

Our client, a reputable manufacturing business, is hiring experienced Assemblers / Solderers to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a quality-focused environment where precision matters.

What you''ll be doing:
* Soldering electronic components and circuit boards using through-hole and surface mount techniques
* Assembling small components with accuracy and care
* Reading and following technical drawings
* Conducting quality checks on finished products
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What you''ll bring:
* Proven soldering experience, preferably in electronics
* Experience in small part mechanical assembly (not heavy industry)
* Familiarity with electrical assembly operations
* Use of hand tools and assembly line experience
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform quality assurance
* Experience with complex assembly tasks

Additional requirements:
* BPSS clearance
* UK nationality (Mandatory)
* Dexterity testing
* Colour-blindness screening

These roles are temporary, lasting approximately 20 weeks, with start dates from the 7th April 2026.
