Lead the telecoms legal practice, delivering expert advice on regulatory compliance, licensing, spectrum management, competition law, data protection, and commercial transactions.Provide strategic legal counsel to telecom clients and internal stakeholders on industry-specific challenges and opportunities.Manage and mentor a diverse team of telecoms lawyers and legal professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.Oversee recruitment, training, performance reviews, and career progression within the telecoms legal team.Drive innovation and efficiency in legal processes and knowledge management specific to the telecoms sector.Represent the firm and clients in high-stakes negotiations, regulatory proceedings, and dispute resolution related to telecoms matters.Ensure compliance with all relevant telecoms regulations, industry codes, and ethical standards.Qualifications and Experience
