We are seeking a proactive

Data Analyst

who can make an immediate impact and add value from day one. This isn’t a leadership role, but it plays a crucial part in how the business measures, understands, and improves its data products.The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, helping shape ideas and answer open-ended questions with clear, data-driven insights. You’ll be the person who digs into the numbers, identifies trends, and presents findings that directly influence smarter business decisions.Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities may include analysing churn metrics, monitoring server performance, exploring how VPNs affect user experience, and supporting compliance through robust reporting. You’ll also work with marketing and media data, uncovering performance drivers and presenting insights confidently to both internal teams and external clients.Requirements

2+ years’ experience in a data analyst or similar roleStrong SQL skills with the ability to navigate complex data structuresExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesSelf-starter who thrives in ambiguity and open-ended challengesAnalytical mindset with strong business acumenNice to have (or willingness to learn)
