As an Early Help Support Worker, you will be a key member of the Early Help and Targeted Intervention Service, working across localities (Locality 1- Christchurch and Bournemouth and Locality 2 - Poole), in the Early Help Access Point, the Partnership Team or Family Information Service. Your role will involve delivering high-quality interventions to support children and young people aged 0-19 and up to 25 with SEND aiming to improve outcomes and build parental capacity, strengths, and resilience. Work directly with professionals and the public looking to seek information, advice and guidance and undertaking live screening tools.
