Each site has its own story based on the land''s history, with narratives that run through the exceptional new homes they build. The role is a site-based Sales Executive position with the first site in Church Fenton; when plots on that site are sold, you will move to another site. Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the Sales Administrator to drive reservations through to exchange, consistently meeting contract deadlinesProvide comprehensive and accurate information to potential customers to help them make informed decisionsAssess and address customer needs, maintain regular contact, and provide bespoke support and progress updatesCarry out monthly competitor market research and share findings with the Head of Sales, making marketing recommendationsEnsure show homes, sales areas and marketing suites are maintained to high standardsNegotiate effectively to create a win-win outcome for client and businessClose and upsell where appropriate

What You Will Have

Recent experience working within New Homes is essentialA full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essentialA basic understanding of the new homes build scheduleA highly organised approach to tasksA solutions-focused mindset and way of workingThe confidence and ability to close and upsell
