Maintenance Engineer

Adhere to the Company''s Health and Safety policy at all times, while actively contributing to the development and implementation of quality standards and procedures. Take ownership of tasks and continuously seek ways to improve processes.Oversee and drive improvements in machine performance, ensuring maximum efficiency and uptime.Plan, execute, and complete effective planned maintenance on all plant and facility equipment.Respond promptly to machine faults and breakdowns across the site, as directed by the Lead Engineer.Maintain accurate breakdown and maintenance records for all work undertaken.Manage the availability and effective use of tooling across WorkCentres.Ensure that spare parts for each machine and process are always available and effectively managed.Handle the booking in and out of machine spares and tooling from stores.Source direct spares or equivalent alternative parts as needed.Participate in performance and improvement meetings as directed by the Lead Engineer Experience/Skills/Quals: 60/40 - Elec Bias or Multi SkilledApprenticeship - DesirableNVQ Level 3 - DesirableElectro and Mechanical Experience - Essential4 Years Engineering Experience MinimumPharmaceutical Experience - DesirableFMCG Experience - Desirable
