About The Role: Main Purpose: To support their line manager in the delivery of the existing FM contracts. This will be achieved via the practical implementation of the company''s management system and the utilisation of the Electricians knowledge. Duties and Responsibilities: To ensure the safe, satisfactory performance and further development of all contracts and accounts for which he is responsible including: - Take an active role in the management of all quality, environmental and health and safety issues on the site for which he/she is responsible in compliance with company policies and arrange Compliance with contractual requirements. Ensure the Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance are carried out to the correct specification with regards to both frequency and quality. Organise and manage the mechanical and electrical maintenance schedule in compliance with current legislation and as detailed in the CAFM system. Organise and manage external maintenance contract
