This National Fire and Security Systems Installer are looking to recruit a commercially astute Senior Operations Manager to oversee and manage at team consisting primarily of project managers and project engineers delivering fire and security systems installation projects within the MandE and construction environment, these are high value, multi-million-pound installations. The successful applicant will be responsible for the MandE Client base project team and the delivery of assigned work streams and projects across the UK, ensuring a high standard and professional service. Essential to this role will be reviewing commercial high risk contract terms, cascading to the project delivery teams, co-ordinating with the purchasing / engineering teams and client, to ensure projects are completed within the time frame allocated, being accountable for the project managers forecast against set budgets. Candidates for this role will need to have worked from an MandE installation project environment, ideally with fire and security systems knowledge (although not essential), be an experienced senior manager with a desire to develop process and procedures, with a high level of commercial contracts knowledge.

Ideally candidates will be based in the Midlands but realistically could be based anywhere in England. This exciting opportunity comes with a basic salary of £75,000 (negotiable) plus car allowance and package.
