Volunteer Events and Sponsorships Manager | We Are Stronger CharityOverviewWe are looking for 3 Events and Sponsorship Managers to help us build events and secure funding so that we can inspire, empower and tackle bullying at its roots.

Why This Role Matters You’ll play a key role in bringing in sponsors and shaping inclusive, engaging events that support our mission. From wellness workshops to awareness campaigns, your work will help us grow our reach and positively impact those in need.

Responsibilities

Identify partners to secure sponsorships and donations

Plan and coordinate events (e.g., fundraisers, campaigns, workshops)

Manage logistics timelines, budgets, volunteers, and follow-up

Work with the comms team to promote events

Help create safeguarding and accessibility protocols for safe, inclusive experiences

Qualifications

Experience planning in-person or virtual events

Confident in securing new donors or sponsors while managing existing relationships

Organised, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines (Desirable)

Awareness of basic safeguarding or legal considerations for events

Commitment

Time: Around 3 hours a week on average; more during event periods

Location: Remote (UK-based), with occasional in-person events in London

Support: Full onboarding, regular check-ins, and a supportive, well-established team
