As a Waiter/Waitress at Jesses House, your role will involve preparing and selling food and beverages within both the Restaurant, Coffee Clubs or other food outlets. You will bring a solid background in taking orders, processing payments, handling food, and meeting customer demands with diligence and precision.

Your responsibilities will include greeting and serving customers, providing comprehensive information about our menu and allergens, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. You will engage not only with customer but also children ensuring each visitor enjoys a memorable experience.

Additionally, you will work collaboratively with various departments to plan, coordinate, and execute special events, private functions, and catering services across the coffee club areas, ensuring flawless execution and complete guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Table Preparation: Meticulously prepare tables, setting up linens, silverware, and glasses at the start of the day and after all food service.

Table Management: Arrange table settings and maintain a clean and tidy dining area throughout service hours.

Welcoming Guests: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering a personalised welcome.

Front of House Duties: Efficiently manage multiple tasks at the front of the house, including overseeing wait times and customer flow.

Exemplary Wait Service: Deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction, making every guest feel valued and well-attended.

Order Management: Accurately take customer orders and promptly deliver food and beverages, ensuring all requests are met with precision.

Menu Expertise: Provide menu recommendations, answer queries, and offer additional information to enhance guests'' dining experiences. This includes knowledge of food allergens.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of the restaurant team, contributing to a harmonious and effective working environment.
