We are seeking an Injection Moulding Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Injection Moulding, raw materials handling, machine setting, tooling and assembly. Responsibilities - Operate and maintain Injection Moulding Machines, (including Arburg and Boy) - Monitor production processes to ensure quality output - Handle materials efficiently and safely - Assemble and disassemble tooling as needed - Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues - Work with logic controllers to adjust machine settings - Use hand tools to fabricate components Requirements - Experience in materials handling within a manufacturing environment - Knowledge of tooling maintenance and assembly procedures - Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machinery issues - Ability to work with logic controllers for process adjustments Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 32,000.00- 36,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Experience: Plastics injection molding: 3 years (required) Materials handling: 3 years (required) Tooling: 3 years (required) Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (required)
