Expleo UK are currently seeking FandDT Engineers to assist in the delivery of technical projects within our extremely busy Aerostructures department.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for Approving delivery of Aerostructures engineering FandDT analyses on time and quality. To achieve this, you will work in teams of engineers to ensure the requirement is delivered on time and to the highest standards.Leading a small team of engineersBe customer facing and driving deliveryWorking with the relevant stakeholders as appropriate, to report on the technical progress of tasks.Approving of technical deliverables to a high standard (e.g. reports, presentations, ECMs).Coaching and mentoring more junior stress engineers.Identification of potential variations to work scope, or rework at an early stage and escalation to the technical lead.Ensure the adherence to the Company''s Quality Assurance Policies in any work undertaken on the project.ExperienceExtensive experience in aerostructures FandDT analysis experience and previous Approving responsibilities.FandDT Approval, Fatigue Analysis Broad knowledge of OEM methodsBenefitsCollaborative w
