CNC Turner/Programmer Slough Full-Time - Permanent role £45,000-£60,000 DOE Our client, a precision engineering business serving robotics, defence, and high-performance sectors, is looking for an experienced CNC Turner and/or Programmer. They operate modern HAAS lathes and mills and use Fusion 360 for CAD/CAM. Role: Program, set, and operate HAAS CNC lathes and mills Create and optimise toolpaths in Fusion 360 Inspect components for dimensional accuracy Assist with milling operations when needed Plan and manage workloads to meet production targets Support and mentor junior staff Requirements: 5+ years'' CNC turning experience Skilled with HAAS lathes and Fusion 360 CAM Strong CAD knowledge Good understanding of tooling, materials, and machining principles Confident reading engineering drawings Experience supervising or training staff Due to the nature of the work the client is not able to offer sponsorship
