As a Graduate Town Planner, you''ll support senior planners in delivering high-quality planning advice and applications. You''ll be involved in projects from early-stage feasibility through to submission and negotiation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
• Conducting site appraisals and planning research
• Supporting the preparation of planning statements and reports
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders
• Monitoring planning policy and legislative changes

• A degree (or postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related discipline
• Working towards (or interest in pursuing) MRTPI accreditation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
