FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Handforth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Overtime: 1.5x weekday overtime | 2x weekend overtime

As we continue to scale, we''re looking for a motivated FLT Counterbalance Driver / Warehouse Operative to support our day-to-day operations at our Handforth site.

The Role:

This is a hands-on, dual-function position combining forklift operation with general warehouse responsibilities. You''ll play a vital role in keeping our logistics and warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring correct handling of materials

• Pick and pack goods accurately for dispatch

• Maintain stock organisation and assist with inventory control

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards

• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

What We''re Looking For:

• A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment

• A proactive, reliable attitude and strong team ethic

• Flexibility to work overtime when required
