A leading non for profit organisation are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to work closely with the HR -team to work closely with managers on ER queries and work with the HR team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work with managers on ER queries and give guidance
• Working on the HR helpdesk responding to employee queries
• Manage visa applications
• Onboarding and offboarding including redundancy administration
• Working closely with other members of the HR team

• Previous experience working in a Senior HR Advisor position
• Experience with redundancy processes
• Vast experience with advising on ER cases
• Experience writing contracts
• Experience working on HR systems
• Great attention to detail
• An excellent communicator
• Hard-working and ambitious
• A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals

• Up to -320 per day Umbrella rate
