Requirements:

SMSTS & CSCS (essential)

Knowledge and understanding of drainage

Experience managing residential projects

Job Duties:

Oversee night shift site operations on a residential project

Coordinate trades and ensure works are carried out safely and to programme

Monitor health & safety compliance on site

Liaise with the daytime manager to ensure smooth handovers

Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
