Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team starting in September 2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature and language, with the ability to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5).
Responsibilities

-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Contribute to the development of the English curriculum and department initiatives.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.

Requirements
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; A degree in English or a related field.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Excellent communication and organizational skills.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Commitment to continuous professional development.

-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Familiarity with the latest educational technology and methods.
-andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Enthusiasm for extracurricular activities, particularly in literature and the arts.
