Scheduling Manager

to join our

Process Development Team .

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of scheduling tools within Process Development.

Carry out scheduling duties for the PD department, including:

High-level client programme scheduling for PD activities, ensuring all external client and internal project work packages are accurately scheduled.

Lead PD input to OXB Capacity Planning Meetings and New Client Proposal Meetings.

Coordinate scheduling for upstream, downstream, and analytics team activities.

Coordinate PD equipment and facility maintenance with engineering scheduling manager.

Forecast laboratory equipment capacity and resource requirements based on internal and external demands.

Work with the team to forecast stock requirements based on planned and forecasted lab work.

Collaborate with PD Directors and Leads to develop current and future resourcing models.

Work in accordance with the OXB quality management system.

Qualifications

Good standard of secondary education, A level or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science.

Proven experience in a scheduling role.

Experience in a Laboratory or Pharma manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Knowledge of digital scheduling systems and ERP systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities, either through supervision or collaboration.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluent in English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
