This is an excellent opportunity for a 2025 or 2026 graduate with a degree in Accounting and Finance to begin a long-term career within a growing business.Working closely with senior finance professionals, you will gain hands-on experience across management accounts, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis while studying towards a professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the preparation of monthly management accountsSupporting budgeting and forecasting processesProducing financial reports and analysis for internal stakeholdersReconciling balance sheet accounts and investigating variancesAssisting with accruals, prepayments, and journal entriesSupporting month-end and year-end processesAnalysing financial data to identify trends and opportunitiesWorking with operational teams to improve financial performanceAssisting with audit preparation and compliance requirementsProviding general support to the wider finance teamRequirementsGraduating in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Accounting and Finance or a related subjectMust have achieved or be predicted a minimum 2:1 degree classificationStrong numerical and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft ExcelEager to learn and develop a career within financeAbility to work independently
