HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the business during a critical period of change. The successful candidate will play a key role in a TUPE transfer process and provide day-to-day HR generalist support across a broad range of advisory responsibilities.This is a full-time 3 month FTC with the opportunity for hybrid working surrounding the main project time-frame (4-5 weeks).Key Responsibilities: Lead and support on TUPE transfer activities, ensuring compliance and effective communication with all stakeholdersProvide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees in a unionised environment, maintaining positive industrial relationsAct as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering guidance on policies and proceduresManage and advise on a range of employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence casesWork closely with line managers to ensure consistency and fairness in the application of HR policiesLiaise with union representatives as needed, supporting consultation and negotiation processesEnsure accurate HR record keeping and reporting in line with internal standards and employment legislation Key Requirements: Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Generalist roleDemonstrable experience managing TUPE transfers from start to finishSolid understanding and hands-on experience working within a unionised environmentStrong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practicesExcellen
