We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our growing client based just outside of Newmarket (CB8). This is a hands-on role that will focus on product testing, test process development, and maintaining high-quality standards across our operations. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring our products meet customer expectations and industry requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct and oversee product testing, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. Develop, implement, and continuously improve test processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability. Maintain and complete all test documentation and quality paperwork to support traceability and audits. Investigate and replicate external customer issues, identifying root causes and supporting corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Manage and resolve external quality complaints, liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution. Support cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) in identifying quality improvement opportunities. Participate in internal audits, calibration programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
