Job Title: Goods In Operative Location: Bletchley Shifts: 2:00pm to 10:00pm Or rotating between 6am to 2pm /2 pm to 10pm Days: Monday to Friday About the Role: Industrious is recruiting for Goods In Operatives to join a busy and dynamic distribution environment. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring that all inbound deliveries are processed efficiently and accurately, supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive and check incoming goods, ensuring all items are counted and recorded correctly. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly. Accurately update stock systems and maintain clear records. Move, sort, and store goods safely within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and maintain a high standard of warehouse organization. Adhere to all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a Goods In, Warehouse, or Logistics role is a strong advantage. Good attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks safely. Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
